Open Records request
Request public records under the Georgia Open Records Act. Most requests are fulfilled within three business days.
Before you file: some records (e.g. employment files, ongoing investigations, sealed court records) are exempt by law. Fees may apply for searches over 15 minutes ($0.10/page copy fee). The County Clerk will estimate any cost before producing records.
