We collect information you provide directly — such as messages submitted through the contact form, applications, or service requests. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used solely for security and performance monitoring.
How we use information
Information is used only to deliver the service requested, respond to inquiries, comply with public-records law, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.
Public records
Communications with Dooly County may be subject to the Georgia Open Records Act. Do not include sensitive personal information in messages unless required.
Third-party services
We use industry-standard services for hosting and analytics. These providers process data only on our behalf and under contractual privacy obligations.
